This page has many updates. If you have any other questions not listed below, just ask.  We often respond within the hour.

1. Which methods of payment do you accept
PayPal and wire transfers are accepted and if you prefer another form of payment, please contact us.

2. Do you take commissions?
Yes I take commissions and post when they are open on the home page.  Please use the contact form if you would like to order a special commission.

3. How can I be the first to know when new paintings are available?
The best way to find out about new work is to visit this website regularly.

4. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship items with great care from the studio in Canada to anywhere in the world. Overseas buyers of original paintings should contact us first to ensure the best possible shipping solutions. This is particularly important if you are in a remote area and have difficulty receiving mail. Please note that for international orders, any taxes and duties due upon delivery are the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

INTERNATIONAL customers: Please be aware that if tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, your local post office may be holding it until specific charges have been paid.

5. What medium do you use?
I work in oils, traditional gouache, and graphite. All paintings are on linen, canvas, paper or wood panels.

6. How can I view paintings that will be for sale prior to their online release?
If something has caught your eye; let me know. New paintings and sculptures are first released to my collectors.

7. What’s your return/exchange policy?
All paintings, prints and other products are made with the highest quality materials and are a final sale. However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately.

8. What if my item arrives damaged?
We use quality environmentally friendly packaging materials and work extremely hard to ensure your order is packaged to arrive in pristine condition. Unfortunately, once an item has left the studio, we can not be responsible for 3d party related damages. Having said that, we understand that extraordinary things can happen in-transit or go missing altogether, so please let us know right away if you are unsatisfied with your order. We’ve shipped over thousands of parcels world-wide and never had an item disappear!

9. Media Inquiries?
For all media inquiries, interviews, or collaborations, please contact us.

10. Sizes
I create small and large art on paper, canvas and wood panel. Please note the dimensions when ordering original art, which is included in inches. (Some of the miniature work can be very tiny!)

11. Packaging
Multiple prints are packed together with one backing board or rolled together in order to minimize the weight. You’re not missing a print, check behind the other! Let us know if you’re ordering gifts and would like each print to be packaged separately.

12. My Order is Missing
All orders are shipped with TRACKING and insurance. Please take the time to enter your address correctly. We can not be responsible once items leave the studio with incorrect addresses.

13. Paper Quality
All artwork is printed on high-quality Hahnemühle fine art paper.  If this paper option is unavailable, other brands of equal quality may be used. Items are packaged with cardboard backings and shipped flat in sturdy mailers. The 11×14 or larger prints are shipped rolled in mailing tubes.

14. How soon will you send my order?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase and sometimes the day of purchase. You will receive a shipping notification once it’s in transit.

15. Do you accept wholesale orders?
Yes we do! Please contact us for further details.

16. Can I reserve an item or pay in installments?
Yes you can reserve a painting for 3-6 weeks and choose to pay bi-weekly or monthly installments.

17. Do you have an online portfolio of all your artwork?
The online portfolio or available paintings is a very small selection of my work. Most of my artwork is never listed for online viewing; it is sold through an email list.

18. Do you teach art classes?
I often teach classes whenever I can squeeze them in between exhibitions and commissions. The portrait classes, specifically have always been extremely popular and online classes in particular tend to sell out within minutes. Please check our site often for such announcements.
