SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT
All orders ship within 1-3 business days from 11AM – 6PM PST. We do not ship to post office boxes and we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. If you need faster shipping, please contact me. Expedited orders are sent the same day as long the order is placed by 10AM PST, Monday through Friday.
For your peace of mind, your item will come protected in environmentally friendly materials and shipped in a rigid envelope or mailing tube depending on the size. Whenever possible, we use recycled materials in the packaging of our shipments.
We provide free shipping on all orders via USPS First-Class Mail, Asendia and other service providers. However please note, only partial tracking is available in some countries. Every step is taken to ensure the highest quality is met in processing your items. If you have any problems with our order, please contact us immediately.
The buyer is responsible for all/any VAT, customs fees, taxes or duties incurred on international shipments.
PLEASE NOTE: Shipping to remote areas of Canada, Mexico, South American and some European countries may take 5 – 13 WEEKS OR LONGER, even with upgraded shipping options.
Remote corners of BRAZIL, CHILE, GERMANY and SOUTH AFRICA have proven to be difficult for delivery. If you live in a place where you have a hard time receiving international mail, please email me to discuss the best shipping option.
